Dahan on Zee TV – Yashpal Sharma as antagonist

Zee TV and Endemol India is all set to launch its new prime time weekly “Dahan” somewhere in mid-May. The channel and production house trying to rope in some big names like Yashpal Sharma, Farooq Sheikh and Lubna Salim. In addition to them, we might see Jatin Shah and Bhavna Khanna playing a keyrole. Anupama Singh who played Vikram Gokhale’s wife in Colors’ Jeevan Saathi too will be seen in the show.

Dahan’s story will revolve around the Yashpal Sharma as antagonist, who is playing the role of thakur of a U.P. village. Till now, Yashpal Sharma did only a couple of episodes of CID and Ahahat on small screen. Lubna Salim was last seen in first season of “Ba Bahu Aur Baby” and Farooq Shiekh was well remembered for his “Jeena Isi Ka Naam hai”.
